University Assistant since 1993, teaching Architectural Design since 2004, Visiting Professor at Politecnico di Milano, IUAV in Venice, Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, UEL in London, and courses at the YAC Academy.

He achieved significant architectural recognitions, including the special prize, Gold Medal for Italian Architecture (2012), and the First Prize from the Italian Institute of Architecture in/Arch-ance as the best young Italian architect (2006). His works have been featured in some of the most prestigious architecture magazines.

His major publications are “Project, Relationship, and Identity of Contemporary Architecture” for Clup (2007), the monograph on Mansilla and Tunon for Testoimmagine (2002), and “Urban Strategies” for Maggioli (2017).

From 2003 to 2006, he worked in Paris at internationally renowned studios, such as Massimiliano Fuksas’ atelier and Francis Soler’s studio, engaging in numerous competitions and projects.

Through this experience, he developed an aptitude for managing important and complex projects, allowing him to coordinate and lead workgroups for various architectural interventions on different scales. He then won two competitions in France where he completed significant works, leading to his nomination as a finalist for the Italian Architecture Gold Medal in 2016 and the French Trophée Eiffel Award in 2017. He was a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brescia since 2011 and worked as an assistant in architectural design at the Polytechnic University of Milan from 2012.

As an architect, I have worked on various projects and competitions in different development phases, with a particular focus on the ideation phase. I have contributed to projects such as the hiking shelter Loa in Berzo Demo (BS), the Cultural Center in Vedano al Lambro (MB), the Technical Center Baradello, and residential projects like the renovation of a historic building in Palazzolo (BS). Additionally, I oversee and coordinate the studio’s communication, brand identity development, and content pubblication through various social channels. I am passionate about research and education.

As an architect specializing in interior design for both public and private spaces, I have developed technical skills in the development of preliminary, final, and executive projects of various kinds. My expertise also extends to the preparation of technical-administrative documentation.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2020.

In 2006, I started collaborating with the Camillo Botticini Architetti studio. I then continued my professional activity with the Labics studio and subsequently collaborated with Zaha Hadid Architects. In 2011, I founded the Bettinsoli+Seuarez studio with architect Marta Suarez, joined in 2014 by engineer Federica Milo, together founding the associated studio Lab36: a laboratory where different experiences and creative approaches converge, sharing the common belief that professional practice results from a continuous exploration.

I have worked in international studios in the role of Senior Architect, where I acquired skills in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, serving as a project manager for complex projects.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2023.

I have engaged in consulting and collaboration activities with diverse entities, both Italian and foreign, concurrently with my freelance work. This approach has not only enriched my professional growth through constructive exchanges with third-party stakeholders but has also instilled a sense of responsibility in every direct assignment. Since 1998, I have been involved in both the regulatory and executive aspects, covering new constructions and building renovations, including large shopping centers, small to medium-scale renovations, interiors, houses, condominiums, schools, medical centers, hotels, residential and tourist real estate development projects, offices, and industrial construction. Economic, environmental, and social sustainability are the guiding values in my practice. I am curious and motivated for the new challenge at ARW!

I have a strong interest in computational aspects related to design and their potential applications in conceptual and creative contexts.

Throughout my professional experience, I worked intermittently during my academic journey at Studio Piano Zero Progetti from 2018 to 2023. There, I delved into the field of private residential construction, engaging in various phases of the project, including digital modeling. I had the opportunity to contribute to projects such as the new Raffmetal foundry in Pontevico (BS) and the new Esselunga center in Pioltello (MI).

Currently, following an internship at ARW, I assist designers in prototyping, preliminary design, and graphics for communicative purposes.

I achieved my Master’s degree in Architecture and have gained experience in various fields and at different scales – from urban to architectural dimensions. During my professional collaboration, I had the opportunity to develop skills related to project development in the final, executive, and on-site supervision phases.

As an architect, I possess experience in project management across various development phases. Throughout my professional journey, I have specialized in residential, healthcare, commercial, and university construction. With ARW, I contributed to the renovation of a historic residential building in Colmurano (MC) and played a key role in the design and coordination of a large social housing complex in Milan, Crescenzago.

I have been collaborating with ARW since its foundation.

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases, with a focus on developing executive projects and providing support during the construction phase. I am specialized in complex projects, such as the residential projects in Stezzano, Curno, and Palazzolo, with a detailed study of private villas. Throughout my professional experience, I have delved into themes related to residential, commercial, and sports facility construction, paying particular attention to technological and constructive aspects related to material use. I have worked on projects commissioned by both private and public entities, as well as international projects.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2017.

I have experience in ordinary and project accounting, business administration, and management; I deal with drafting contracts, administrative procedures, and applications in France.

I am an architect with experience in public works, including school buildings and sports centers, with a particular focus on buildings protected as Cultural Heritage. I am proficient in 3D Modeling and Rendering, as well as open-source 3D printing for architecture. I have served on various local landscape and urban planning committees.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2018.

Graduated in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design, I have a multidisciplinary and multi-scale background. I have worked on residential projects in Rome, Stezzano (BG), and Milan, as well as the renovation project of the former Pirelli institute in Milan into office spaces and the enhancement of pedestrian paths in the UNESCO Corridor in Brescia. I have participated in competitions for the conversion of the Ex Enel complex in Brescia, the Rugby stadium in Villeurbanne (France), and the Sports Citadel in Novara.

My interests span from architectural design to landscape and urban space planning, with a particular focus on sustainability. Throughout my professional collaboration, I have had the opportunity to acquire skills related to project development in the preliminary, competition, final, and executive phases.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2021.

I began my professional journey at Duccio Grassi Architects, a firm specialized in interior design, where I worked on international projects in the luxury retail and residential sectors. From January 2018, I collaborated with RMA by Roberto Murgia, an architecture studio specialized in hospitality for private investors. During this time, I had the opportunity to coordinate an expansion project for a 5-star boutique hotel located in the heart of Milan’s nightlife, in addition to contributing to various other projects in the same sector. At ARW, my focus has primarily been on projects such as the Cultural Center in Vedano al Lambro (MB), a large social housing complex in Milan, and the Technical Center of Baradello.

I am an architect who has gained professional experience in various fields and on different scales, from urban to architectural dimensions. Within the studio, I have been involved in renovation projects such as the former Pirelli building in Milan, addressed housing-related issues such as new residential buildings in Curno (BG), and contributed to the design of complex public spaces like the new UNESCO Corridor in Brescia.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2021.

With a Master’s degree in Architecture, I have gained experience through projects in the feasibility study, preliminary development, and competitions phases, with a keen interest in the creative and initial research process. In addition to my professional activities, I have devoted myself on several occasions to academic work, serving as a tutor at the Polytechnic University of Milan in architectural design workshops and laboratories.

For my studies, I participated in the public project for the enhancement and arrangement of the Mulini Road in Paspardo (BS), the feasibility study for a tourist-accommodation building in Borno (BS), and competition activities.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2021.

Surveyor, Freelancer since 1996. I specialize in estimates, work accounting, drafting specifications and contracts, site management, safety coordination during the design and execution phases of projects. These skills have been developed and refined over the years of experience as a freelancer.

From 2002 to 2010, I collaborated with Camillo Botticini, overseeing the design and realization of the Mompiano Swimming Center, the gymnasium for the middle schools in Nave, the School Cafeteria in Roncadelle, the Elementary School in Azzano Mella, the expansion of cemeteries in Montichiari, Montirone, Collebeato, and Bagnolo Mella, as well as the new residential project “Orizzonti” on via Lamarmora in Brescia.

Since 2021, within ARW, I have been involved in computation, site management, drafting specifications and contracts, and consulting during the executive design phase. I have managed the site supervision for the UNESCO Corridor in Brescia and the demolition and reconstruction project of two residential units in Botticino (BS).

I am a professional in the field of Graphic Design and Multimedia, with over ten years of experience. I have distinguished myself as a freelancer, specializing in creating videos optimized for social networks.

My skills range from freehand drawing to the use of advanced software. My portfolio includes short films and commercials published in prestigious publications, as well as collaborations with magazines. My passion for combining art and communication, creating innovative content with a touch of originality, inspires my team to collaborate with passion and mutual respect, contributing to the success of projects independently or as part of a team.

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases. Throughout my professional journey, I have delved into the realms of residential, healthcare, office, and university construction. With ARW, I contributed to the restoration of a historic residential building in Palazzolo sull’Oglio (BS), the conceptualization of a university campus in Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA), and the design of an office-production complex in Milan.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2023.

I am an architect who has gained professional experience in various fields throughout my career – from residential to hospitality, including interior architecture; from the initial concept phase to artistic direction. I have a particular interest in projects involving the redevelopment of built heritage. Within the studio, I am currently working on a residential project in Bergamo and on various feasibility studies.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2020.

At ARW Studio, I have been involved in the development of projects such as a Service Center in Baradello, the Reinventing Cities competition for social housing in Crescenzago, the residential project for the former Migliavacca paint factory area in Bergamo, the restoration of a residential intervention on the lake in Tremosine (BS), and the restoration of two buildings protected by the Superintendency for residential purposes in Padua.

My involvement extends across different project scales, from the small scale of architectural layouts to the large scale of detailed executive projects. I work on projects ranging from private to public commissions and those with international potential. My specialization lies in Building Information Modeling (BIM) design and in coordinating between the various disciplines involved in the project.

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases, with a particular focus on the ideation and research phase. I have worked in international studios in Italy and Australia, such as Metrogramma, MFA Architetti, and SMART design studio, developing multidisciplinary skills in diverse contexts. In addition to my studio collaborations, I engage in freelance work through competitions and projects in the public domain, leading me to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout different project phases.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2021.

I have been working in the field of training and consulting on organizational development since 1994. Over the years, I have deepened my cross-functional skills applied to organizations, particularly in change management, persuasive communication, business creativity, leadership, and organization and management of groups. For about twenty years, I have been teaching techniques for public speaking based on a model developed with colleagues and teachers from around the world. I specialize in applying the Ericksonian hypnosis model to corporate communication. My current activity takes place in a medium-large Italian company, supporting management and HR functions. Since 2015, I have been collaborating on a training project with high-level athletes to teach cross-functional skills to work groups in organizations.
