Assistente universitario dal 1993, docente di progettazione architettonica dal 2004, visiting Professor al Politecnico di Milano, IUAV di Venezia, Universidad de Navarra a Pamplona, all’UEL di Londra e ai corsi della YAC Academy.

Ha ricevuto importanti riconoscimenti architettonici come il premio speciale Medaglia d’Oro all’Architettura italiana (2012) e il Primo Premio dell’istituto italiano di architettura in/Arch-ance come miglior giovane architetto italiano (2006). Le sue opere sono pubblicate in alcune delle più importanti riviste di architettura.

Tra le mie principali pubblicazioni vi sono “Progetto relazione ed identità dell’architettura contemporanea” per Clup (2007), la monografia su Mansilla e Tunon per Testoimmagine (2002) ed “Urban Strategies” per Maggioli (2017).

Dal 2003 al 2006 ha lavorato a Parigi presso studi di fama internazionale, come l’atelier di Massimiliano Fuksas e quello di Francis Soler, dedicandosi a numerosi concorsi e progetti.

Attraverso questa formazione, ha acquisito un’attitudine alla gestione di progetti importanti e complessi, che gli permette oggi di coordinare e gestire gruppi di lavoro per diversi tipi di interventi architettonici a differenti scale. Ha vinto poi due concorsi in Francia dove ha realizzato importanti opere, che lo hanno portato ad essere nominato finalista per la Medaglia d’Oro all’Architettura Italiana nel 2016 e per il premio francese Trophée Eiffel nel 2017. È stato docente all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brescia dal 2011 ed è stato assistente di progettazione architettonica al Politecnico di Milano dal 2012.

As an architect, I have worked on various projects and competitions in different development phases, with a particular focus on the ideation phase. I have contributed to projects such as the hiking shelter Loa in Berzo Demo (BS), the Cultural Center in Vedano al Lambro (MB), the Technical Center Baradello, and residential projects like the renovation of a historic building in Palazzolo (BS). Additionally, I oversee and coordinate the studio’s communication, brand identity development, and content pubblication through various social channels. I am passionate about research and education.

As an architect specializing in interior design for both public and private spaces, I have developed technical skills in the development of preliminary, final, and executive projects of various kinds. My expertise also extends to the preparation of technical-administrative documentation.

I began my career in 2006, collaborating with the studio Camillo Botticini Architetti, where I developed a solid foundation in design and a sensitivity towards innovative and high-quality architecture.

In 2007, I moved to Rome, where I started working at the Labics studio, one of the most recognized and dynamic firms in the Italian architectural landscape.

I collaborated with Zaha Hadid Architects, gaining significant experience in large-scale contemporary architecture. Here, I refined my skills in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams for innovative and challenging projects. I was responsible for the development of the residential project in CityLife, Milan.

In 2011, I founded the Lab36 studio, a creative laboratory dedicated to tailor-made architecture, where each project is developed to specifically meet the client’s needs and aspirations. Lab36 also supports various international brands in developing their presence across Italy. This experience strengthened my process management skills, from design to execution.

In 2020, I joined ARW studio, taking on the role of Project Manager in overseeing complex buildings, with a focus on technical innovation and execution quality. Thanks to my extensive experience and strategic vision, I became the Technical Director in 2024, continuing to lead projects of national and international importance.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2024.

Newly graduated surveyor, with experience gained during my studies and internship. Throughout my training, I developed skills in quantity surveying, drafting site reports, with a particular focus on design and construction execution. With ARW, I took part in the renovation of the residential complex « Case Azzolini » (VR). I am highly motivated to apply and deepen my acquired skills, with the goal of pursuing a professional career in the field.

As an architect, I possess experience in project management across various development phases. Throughout my professional journey, I have specialized in residential, healthcare, commercial, and university construction. With ARW, I contributed to the renovation of a historic residential building in Colmurano (MC) and played a key role in the design and coordination of a large social housing complex in Milan, Crescenzago.

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases, with a focus on developing executive projects and providing support during the construction phase. I am specialized in complex projects, such as the residential projects in Stezzano, Curno, and Palazzolo, with a detailed study of private villas. Throughout my professional experience, I have delved into themes related to residential, commercial, and sports facility construction, paying particular attention to technological and constructive aspects related to material use. I have worked on projects commissioned by both private and public entities, as well as international projects.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2017.

I have experience in ordinary and project accounting, business administration, and management; I deal with drafting contracts, administrative procedures, and applications in France.

I am an architect with experience in public works, including school buildings and sports centers, with a particular focus on buildings protected as Cultural Heritage. I am proficient in 3D Modeling and Rendering, as well as open-source 3D printing for architecture. I have served on various local landscape and urban planning committees.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2018.

Graduated in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design, I have a multidisciplinary and multi-scale background. I have worked on residential projects in Rome, Stezzano (BG), and Milan, as well as the renovation project of the former Pirelli institute in Milan into office spaces and the enhancement of pedestrian paths in the UNESCO Corridor in Brescia. I have participated in competitions for the conversion of the Ex Enel complex in Brescia, the Rugby stadium in Villeurbanne (France), and the Sports Citadel in Novara.

My interests span from architectural design to landscape and urban space planning, with a particular focus on sustainability. Throughout my professional collaboration, I have had the opportunity to acquire skills related to project development in the preliminary, competition, final, and executive phases.

I began my professional journey at Duccio Grassi Architects, a firm specialized in interior design, where I worked on international projects in the luxury retail and residential sectors. From January 2018, I collaborated with RMA by Roberto Murgia, an architecture studio specialized in hospitality for private investors. During this time, I had the opportunity to coordinate an expansion project for a 5-star boutique hotel located in the heart of Milan’s nightlife, in addition to contributing to various other projects in the same sector. At ARW, my focus has primarily been on projects such as the Cultural Center in Vedano al Lambro (MB), a large social housing complex in Milan, and the Technical Center of Baradello.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2024.

After earning my Master’s degree at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio, various experiences in Italy and abroad have led me to work on projects of different scales, uses, and development phases, always with a strong focus on spatial and construction quality. I have also contributed to large-scale projects with international teams, such as La Cité de la Musique in Geneva – with Pierre-Alain Dupraz Architectes and Gonçalo Byrne – and the new Caran d’Ache headquarters. At ARW, I am currently involved in the design of a residential complex in Tirana and the construction supervision of a kindergarten in the Como area.

With a Master’s degree in Architecture, I have gained experience through projects in the feasibility study, preliminary development, and competitions phases, with a keen interest in the creative and initial research process. In addition to my professional activities, I have devoted myself on several occasions to academic work, serving as a tutor at the Polytechnic University of Milan in architectural design workshops and laboratories.

For my studies, I participated in the public project for the enhancement and arrangement of the Mulini Road in Paspardo (BS), the feasibility study for a tourist-accommodation building in Borno (BS), and competition activities.

I am a professional in the field of Graphic Design and Multimedia, with over ten years of experience. I have distinguished myself as a freelancer, specializing in creating videos optimized for social networks.

My skills range from freehand drawing to the use of advanced software. My portfolio includes short films and commercials published in prestigious publications, as well as collaborations with magazines. My passion for combining art and communication, creating innovative content with a touch of originality, inspires my team to collaborate with passion and mutual respect, contributing to the success of projects independently or as part of a team.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2021.

Surveyor, Freelancer since 1996. I specialize in estimates, work accounting, drafting specifications and contracts, site management, safety coordination during the design and execution phases of projects. These skills have been developed and refined over the years of experience as a freelancer.

From 2002 to 2010, I collaborated with Camillo Botticini, overseeing the design and realization of the Mompiano Swimming Center, the gymnasium for the middle schools in Nave, the School Cafeteria in Roncadelle, the Elementary School in Azzano Mella, the expansion of cemeteries in Montichiari, Montirone, Collebeato, and Bagnolo Mella, as well as the new residential project « Orizzonti » on via Lamarmora in Brescia.

Since 2021, within ARW, I have been involved in computation, site management, drafting specifications and contracts, and consulting during the executive design phase. I have managed the site supervision for the UNESCO Corridor in Brescia and the demolition and reconstruction project of two residential units in Botticino (BS).

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases. Throughout my professional journey, I have delved into the realms of residential, healthcare, office, and university construction. With ARW, I contributed to the restoration of a historic residential building in Palazzolo sull’Oglio (BS), the conceptualization of a university campus in Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA), and the design of an office-production complex in Milan.

I have been collaborating with ARW since 2020.

At ARW Studio, I have been involved in the development of projects such as a Service Center in Baradello, the Reinventing Cities competition for social housing in Crescenzago, the residential project for the former Migliavacca paint factory area in Bergamo, the restoration of a residential intervention on the lake in Tremosine (BS), and the restoration of two buildings protected by the Superintendency for residential purposes in Padua.

My involvement extends across different project scales, from the small scale of architectural layouts to the large scale of detailed executive projects. I work on projects ranging from private to public commissions and those with international potential. My specialization lies in Building Information Modeling (BIM) design and in coordinating between the various disciplines involved in the project.

I have been working in the field of training and consulting on organizational development since 1994. Over the years, I have deepened my cross-functional skills applied to organizations, particularly in change management, persuasive communication, business creativity, leadership, and organization and management of groups. For about twenty years, I have been teaching techniques for public speaking based on a model developed with colleagues and teachers from around the world. I specialize in applying the Ericksonian hypnosis model to corporate communication. My current activity takes place in a medium-large Italian company, supporting management and HR functions. Since 2015, I have been collaborating on a training project with high-level athletes to teach cross-functional skills to work groups in organizations.

I am an architect with experience in project management across various development phases, with a particular focus on the ideation and research phase. I have worked in international studios in Italy and Australia, such as Metrogramma, MFA Architetti, and SMART design studio, developing multidisciplinary skills in diverse contexts. In addition to my studio collaborations, I engage in freelance work through competitions and projects in the public domain, leading me to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout different project phases.
