Halfway between the lake and the mountains, on the highest part of a cliff on the northwest shore of Lake Garda (423 meters above sea level), with an absolutely privileged view of the lake, stands a large building complex in need of radical restructuring. The transformation project will restore value to the beauty of the location, which, in addition to enjoying a superb view, shares the wonder of Pieve di Tremosine, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The residential complex consists of several buildings, arranged on two lines at different levels following the natural conformation of the place and its slopes. The development includes the construction of new wooden structures on which 23 residential units will be built. Each unit will have private outdoor space, a loggia, and a garden, from which to enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake.
The materials and green coverings strengthen the perception of a condition of total hybridization between artificiality and natural landscape.
