Newp project starting in Milan
ARW is the protagonist in a piece of urban regeneration in Milan. The project involves the transformation of a building with hybrid characteristics, a former workshop-school from the 1950s.
The project modifies one part of the building, designated for training, by raising it and recovering a second part, originally intended as a workshop. Thanks to these regenerative interventions, a new identity and coherence is defined in the whole, which also involves an enhancement of the open space.
The functional destination will see use for tertiary activities.
