STEZZANO: LIVING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE COUNTRYSIDE

A new project of our architecture firm in collaboration with Fabrica Real Estate and Planet Idea.

A smart neighborhood set in a green context, not far from Bergamo and Milan. A neighborhood for all ages people and designed with an intelligent system that through the connection to innovative devices, allows the inhabitants to have access to services and information coming from the smart infrastructure of the city.

Each service meets the different needs of children, adults, young people and seniors.The concept at the base of each housing unit is an dilated space through the light: bright open spaces thanks to the windows that overlook large loggias.The loggias are covered in wood and designed as real outdoor rooms that can amplify the interiors.
