RENOVATION DAYS 2025: ARW leading innovation and urban regeneration for the cities of tomorrow

From November 26 to 28, ARW will take part in Renovation Days 2025 organized by EDERA, the third edition of the event dedicated to innovation in the renovation of the built environment, hosted at BASE Milano.

The event brings together policy makers, professionals, companies and researchers committed to the sustainable transformation of cities, and this year it takes on an even more international dimension. At the heart of the discussion: challenges, strategies and policies for an advanced, accessible and inclusive approach to urban regeneration.

ARW will join the event alongside the European Energiesprong community, experts from the European Facade Network, and the advanced training program FACE, contributing to a crucial question:

How can renovation be democratized, balancing ecological transition with economic and social accessibility?

Possible answers will emerge through case studies, shared experiences, applied research and innovative solutions linked to the most advanced Energiesprong interventions. During the event, the winners of Top Retrofit 2025 will be announced, together with the results of the Call for Solutions Next Gen ERP, dedicated to the renovation of public and social housing in Italy.

ARW participated in the Call with a proposal for the regeneration of the residential complex in via Maffeo Bagarotti, Milan, contributing to the debate on the transformation of Italy’s suburban housing heritage.

For architects: participation provides 16 professional training credits.
