MIPIM 2026 – ARW in Cannes to Imagine the Future of European Cities

ARW will take part in MIPIM 2026, the leading international event dedicated to real estate and urban transformation, taking place from March 9 to 13 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Following last year’s experience, we return to Cannes with an even more focused and strategic presence, at a time when the European market calls for new visions capable of integrating urban regeneration, environmental sustainability, and social value.

MIPIM confirms its role as a global platform for dialogue among investors, developers, public institutions, and design practices: a space where economic scenarios, urban policies, and new infrastructures for living, working, and culture are discussed and shaped.

For ARW, this will be an opportunity to:
• strengthen international relationships, with particular attention to the French market;
• present urban regeneration and transformation projects developed in Italy and across Europe;
• explore new collaboration opportunities with public and private stakeholders;
• deepen discussions around emerging topics such as housing, data infrastructure, mixed-use development, and adaptive reuse.

Our practice, grounded in a research-based and site-specific approach, operates at the intersection of architecture, public space, and territorial transformation.
