This year, the event organized by EDERA will focus on the renovation of public assets and the presentation of the Energiesprong Milan project, funded by the Cariplo Foundation, which aims to create new technical, economic, and contractual models for faster and more sustainable renovation of the public housing stock in the Municipality of Milan.

For four years now, EDERA has been promoting Energiesprong excellence in Italy—an international open innovation initiative focused on delivering large-scale, zero-energy building renovations through fast, replicable interventions made possible by digitalization and industrialization.

The second edition of the Renovation Days will bring together key Italian players in this movement: leading companies developing integrated solutions for energy and seismic retrofits, organizations managing over 150,000 public and private homes to be renovated, designers, and institutions engaged in the decarbonization process.

This event will also be an opportunity to explore and visit the latest and most innovative Energiesprong pilot projects, as well as to network.
