ARW in dialogue on the City of the Future at SIMI 2025 in Paris

From 9 to 11 December, ARW will be in Paris to take part in SIMI – Salon de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise, one of France’s most important events dedicated to urban development, architecture, and territorial transformation.
A strategic platform that brings together investors, public administrations, developers, architecture firms, and key actors in urban innovation.

For our studio, it represents a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of local contexts, explore the dynamics of the French market, and share our site-specific design approach, rooted in urban regeneration, the quality of living spaces, and dialogue with the landscape.

On Thursday, 11 December at 9:30 AM, within the SIMI program, we will have the pleasure of speaking at the Paris Sud Aménagement space, during a morning dedicated to the theme of the ville de demain: a city capable of caring for its inhabitants, integrating health, local food production, sustainability, and urban amenities.

We are honored to have been invited to contribute to this conversation, sharing our work and our vision on urban regeneration.
