ARW at Milano Arch Week 2025

ARW at Milano Arch Week 2025
Sunday, November 2 – 3:00 PM, Triennale Milano

ARW will take part in Milano Arch Week 2025, the week dedicated to architecture promoted by the City of Milan, Politecnico di Milano, and Triennale Milano.
This year’s theme, “INEQUALITIES AND ARCHITECTURE”, focuses on the disparities that shape contemporary cities, exploring design as a tool to build new forms of equity and community.

Arch. Stefano Andreatta (ARW ASSOCIATES) will participate in the talk:
“Matera, Mantova, Genova, Brescia. Public Space and Participation”,
with:
Valerio Rocco Orlando and Alessandra Pioselli (Associazione Osmosis ETS / Scuola dei Sassi)
Samuele and Eugenio Squassabia (STUDIOSPAZIO)
Serena Laborante and Martina Gorni (Oca di Prè)
Moderator: Giulia Ricci (ABOUT:)

The discussion will explore alternative processes of design, regeneration, and the opening of public space, investigating bottom-up approaches, punctual actions, and landscape strategies that question contemporary urban development models.

During the event, ARW will present the UNESCO Corridor project in Brescia as an example of enhancing and opening museum spaces to the city, reconnecting previously fragmented heritage sites — the Roman and Longobard archaeological areas — and making them accessible and walkable for everyone.
