ARW Associés among the 4 firms shortlisted by Espace Habitat in Reims

We are pleased to share that ARW Associés has been shortlisted by Espace Habitat among four architectural practices invited to submit a financial proposal for a new residential development in Bétheny, on the outskirts of Reims.

The project involves the construction of 33 housing units and a commercial space at 5 and 7 Rue du Commerce. For our practice, this represents a valuable opportunity to continue our work in France, while pursuing our design philosophy rooted in contextual awareness, quality living environments, and sustainability.

Bétheny overlooks the rural landscape of northern France, surrounded by open fields, while maintaining close ties with the dynamic urban fabric of Reims.

Being included in Espace Habitat’s selection is for us both an important acknowledgment and a motivation to keep moving forward with dedication and passion.
